Ways to help a chronic headache
My friend just went to the doctor. She found out that she has a chronic headache. The doctor told her that she must take care of her health. In the same time, I have some advice to help her. First, a good sleep is the one of the most important thing to get a better daily life and it have effective to relieve headaches.So,She must keep 8 hours daily sleep. It is better to sleep before 11:00 pm, and get up at 07;00 am. Regular daily sleep have effective to restrain chronic headaches. Second, I suggest her to get a healthy diet. It is important for a person to eat adequate food for breakfast. Nowadays, the majority of people don't eat breakfast or eat small amount of food, people paid no attention to breakfast. Breakfast is the first meal during a day, she ate enough food then her body have enough energy to do things. Third, she should take some medicine which doctor suggests to eat.The effective medicine can control the headache. And then, the medicine should be eat at the doctor suggests. No too much and no too less. Also, she should takes medicine regularly. It is not a permanent cure, but as long as her goes on taking a daily does she should maintain her tolerance. The next one, she should listen some light music. Too many stress may cause a headache, so it is important to release pressure.The most effective and convenient way to release pressure is listen light music. As relaxing as it is enchanting, the listener will find the music a gentle therapy that can help heal troubled and restless sensations, and restore feelings of calm. The last way to help a headache is do some exercise. Having a healthy body is vital to fight with headaches. To boost her immune system in the fight against headache. So she should do some regular exercise to help her have a healthy body. In conclusion, she should have a good sleep, get a healthy diet, take some medicine, listen some light music and do some exercise. It is important to protect our body and stay away from headaches.
