Summary 10.1
Today, I watched a video named Dan Barber: How I fell in love with a fish. He is a chef and he told about two experiences that he met two kinds of fish. The first fish was flavorful, textured, meaty and a bestseller on the menu. He asked for some information about the fish about how people feed them. Someone told him that the fish was feed by chicken. After then, the next time he ate the fish, he feel that he is eating chicken. Another fish was a bright, almost shimmering, white color. The chef cooked it twice, but it also tasted good. The fish was feed in a natural environment. The more you know about the fish, the more you will love it. For the future of good food is a radically new conception of agriculture.
